Biography
Simon Fournier, born in 1973, studied music at the music academies of Angers and Paris. As a trum-
peter, he was unanimously awarded a first prize and a development award then studied at the Département de Préparation aux Métiers d’Orchestre.
A qualified professor, he has also headed a music academy since 1999. He plays lead trumpet at the American Church in Paris, he occasionally tutors at Disneyland® Paris and since 2003 has played lead trumpet with the Orchestre Symphonique de l’Aube. He has performed many times both as a soloist and as a member of instrumental ensembles, and since 2013 has participated in Battle Voices and other concepts with François Roure and Chorus Prod.
