BIOGRAPHY
Samuel Rouesnel "Samuelito" is one of the most acclaimed flamenco guitarists in France. Born in 1993, he started playing classical guitar at the age of seven at the Conservatoire de Caen. He quickly became fascinated by world music and flamenco in particular, which he discovered through singing and playing the guitar.
Samuelito trained as both a classical and flamenco guitarist, which led to meeting numerous peers (Paco de Lucía, Tomatito, Vicente Amigo, Roland Dyens, Gérard Abiton, Ibrahim Maalouf and many others) and took him on other musical paths, making him an eclectic guitarist. His first encounter with an audience took place on his 16th birthday on the occasion of a concert at the Théâtre de Caen, filmed by France Télévisions. This was the start of a career that would later take him to international stages (France, Spain, Germany, USA, etc.).
