Born in Lille, Philippe Cuper studied at the Sorbonne University. He got first prizes for clarinet at the Paris Conservatoire (CNSM) and won also many international awards in Munich, Prague (1st Prize unanimously), ...
Ph. Cuper taught at the Conservatorio Superior de Aragon (Spain), he his now professor at the Versailles National Conservatory and has been invited to many Conservatories and universities worldwide (Chicago, Zurich, Beijing, London...).
