Martine VIALATTE

BIOGRAPHY

After studying at the Conservatory in Nice, Martine Vialatte was awarded first prizes in piano and chamber music from the Paris Conservatory. She won the prize for the best interpretation of French music at the Cleveland International Competition, and pursued advanced instruction with Gaby Casadesus, Mario Curcio and Constantin Bogino.
Her solo and chamber music career has led her to take part in premiers of contemporary music and to collaborate with composers such as Claude Ballif, François-Bernard Mâche, Philippe Leroux…


In addition,

she is a devoted teacher and composes pieces for piano, chamber music and musical productions. She composed 4 musical tales, the first of which, «Voyage au dessus de l’océan», for six-hand piano, is published by IMD.
