BIOGRAPHY

Jean-Claude HENRY studied at the "Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris" where he was notably a pupil of Olivier Messiaen for analysis, Tony Aubin for composition and Rolande Falcinelli for organ and improvisation.
Winner of the International Organ Competition in Munich, organist at the church St Pierre de Neuilly from 1970 to 1990, he gives concerts in France and in Europe.


Prix de Rome for composition in 1960, appointed professor of counterpoint at the "Conservatoire de Paris" in 1967, he is the composer of works for organ, of chamber music and of pieces for various instrumental ensembles.
