BIOGRAPHY
Francisco Guerau was born in 1649 in Palma de Mallorca and died around 1717/1722. He was singer in the Royal Chapel of Carlos II.
He published in Madrid in 1694 the collection «Poema harmonica compuesto de varias cifras por el temple de la guitarra española». We can find Spanish dances in the style of variation and ostinato: Folias, Marionas, Jacaras, Passacaille...
