Biography

Born in Saint-Dizier (France) in 1971, Dominique Delahoche studied trombone at Lyon’s CNSM under Michel Becquet.
He holds four international performing prizes. He studied composition under Ivan Fedele and Mark André.

He has also collaborated closely with Hugues Dufourt and during the 2008 and 2009 sessions of the Acanthes academy with Salvatore Sciarrino and Bruno Mantovani. He holds composition degrees from the Strasbourg conservatory (2009) and Rome’s Accademia Nazionale Santa Cecilia (2011).

He has composed over thirty works which have been performed all over Europe. He has since 2002 held the position of solo trombone at the Metz-based Orchestre National de Lorraine.
